Got a good company offer? Feeling happy with the terms and conditions promised by the employer? How confident are you are about your new employer? Have you ever had any interactions with the current employees in that company or at least have you read any of the reviews and ratings regarding that company? Are you sure that the employer is telling the truth and he will fulfill all the promises he has given to you?
Most of the employers in the business world are running their business in proper dimensions and in a good aspect for improving their business. There are certain people or companies who create problems directly or indirectly to the people around them. At an increased level, the problems created by certain companies also affect the entire society. What so ever, the first person who may be affected by these employers are their employees.
Do not blindly take a company offer even if it is a good company (as per your outside knowledge). Try to explore about the company as much as possible on various aspects. It may be not so easy to get a true feedback from a current employee unless they are your close friend or relation, but there are certain other ways like, online company reviews, company ratings provided by various sources. At times, even the former or current employees or other people associated with that company are allowed to express their true thoughts to the world without revealing their identity. Go through such company reviews and employee reviews as much as possible and give a second thought before taking any offer.
Once after getting into a good company or if you have got stuck up with another kind of employers, be generous enough to share your experience and write your reviews which may help lot of other people in the coming years.
